Some of the largest Slack Wax importers during the month were Vani Chemicals with 506 MT, The Mehta Industries with 429 MT, Mittal Matches Marketing with 239 MT, Garg Auto Aids with 160 MT, R V S Petrochem with 138 MT and Gomti International with 113 MT.

During the year 2010, India imported 24157 MT of Paraffin Wax, 48912 MT in the year 2011, 59966 MT in the year 2012, 62408 MT in the year 2013, 51104 MT in the year 2014, 85273 MT in the year 2015, 69932 MT in the year 2016, 39693 MT in the year 2017, 42003 MT in the year 2018 and 46791 MT in the year 2019. As per the data analysis by our team, India import has marked up by 11% during the year 2019, as compared to last year i.e. 2018.

During the month of January 2020, India imported 3837 MT of Paraffin Wax. The country imported most of its Paraffin Wax from different countries like 2245 MT (59%) from UAE, 1009 MT (26%) from China, 180 MT (5%) from Thailand, 138 MT (4%) from Germany, 47 MT (1%) from Japan, 44 MT (1%) from Malaysia, 40 MT (1%) from Iran, 37 MT (1%) from Brazil, 37 MT (1%) from Spain, 34 MT (1%) from South Africa and 7 MT from Other Countries . India imported 3837 MT of Paraffin Wax into different ports like 2006 MT (52%) into JNPT, 627 MT (16%) into Mumdra, 326 MT (8%) into Tuticorin, 237 MT (6%) into Delhi, 179 MT (5%) into Chennai, 157 MT (4%) into Ludhiana, 83 MT (2%) into Ahmedabad, 77 MT (2%) into Cochin, 42 MT (1%) into Dadri, 37 MT (1%) into Pakwara, 22 MT (1%) into Vadodara Dashrath, 22 MT (1%) into Faridabad, 20 MT (1%) into Nagpur and 2 MT into Mumbai.

The country imported most of its Paraffin Wax from different countries like 20146 MT (43%) from China, 17914 MT (38%) from UAE, 2047 MT (4%) from Thailand, 1856 MT (4%) from Germany, 1668 MT (4%) from Iran, 1544 MT (3%) from Japan, 640 MT (1%) from Egypt, 320 MT (1%) from Malaysia, 244 MT (1%) from Hong Kong and 413 MT (1%) from Other countries. India imported 46792 MT of Paraffin Wax into different ports like 21378 MT (46%) into JNPT, 9380 MT (20%) into Mundra, 5188 MT (11%) into Chennai, 1921 MT (4%) into Tuticorin, 1712 MT (4%) into Delhi, 1545 MT (3%) into Ahmedabad, 1347 MT (3%) into Mangalore, 1206 MT (3%) into Ludhiana, 721 MT (2%) into Cochin, 463 MT (1%) into Loni, 413 MT (1%) into Faridabad, 378 MT (1%) into Pakwara, 370 MT (1%) into Vadodara Dashrath, 273 MT (1%) into Dadri and 497 MT (1%) into Other ports.

The country imported most of its Slack Wax from different countries like 17183 MT (63%) from UAE, 5308 MT (19%) from Thailand, 2911 MT (11%) from Iran, 1421 MT (5%) from Indonesia, 201 MT (1%) from Turkey and 231 MT (1%) from Other countries. India imported 27254 MT of Slack Wax into different ports like 9752 MT (36%) into Mundra, 8588 MT (32%) into Tuticorin, 3475 MT (13%) into JNPT, 2349 MT (9%) into Kattupalli, 1545 MT (6%) into Chennai, 1141 MT (4%) into Kolkata, 155 MT (1%) into Cochin and 250 MT (1%) into Other ports.

Some of the largest Paraffin Wax importers during the month were Raj Petro Specialities with 269 MT, Dhariwal Corporation with 257 MT, Neelam Product with 163 MT, Chem Trade Corporation with 162 MT, Deep Jyoti Wax Traders with 142 MT, Delhi Wax Refinery with 136 MT, Jell Pharmaceuticals with 136 MT and Gandhar Oil Refinery with 133 MT.

India imported roughly 3760 tons of Slack Wax in December 2019. Some of the Slack Wax exporters to India in December 2019 were Alster Trading with 1450 MT, Ibs International General with 997 MT, Meiwa Corporation with 496 MT, Shining Green Star with 311 MT, Secret Star International with 253 MT.
